Allow "Unsafe" Attachments to be opened in Outlook 2000/XP/2003/2007
These VB Scripts will allow you to easily add file extensions (VBS, EXE and etc.) to the System Registry so that you can open these types of attachments in Outlook. This cures the error message "Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments" Your antivirus software may report this script as potentially malicious, or a possible virus. This is because the script writes to the System Registry.
To Use: Select the appropriate script for Outlook 2000, 2002/XP, 2003 or Outlook 2007 and download it. Double click the script you just downloaded and enter the file extensions that you want, separated by semi-colons then click OK. Click Cancel abort the changes.
You use these files at your own risk. I assume no responsibility for their use.
outlook_2010_attach.vbs (for Outlook 2010 (version 14) only)
